Product was a replacement part but easy to order and efficiently delivered
Our dishwasher was installed with a minimum number of rollers. It took us a while to figure out why the bottom tray banged down when pulling out. Once we noted the lack of double rollers at the front we found it very easy to order spares and they were delivered within the 5 day period stated. Very efficient.
