Absolutely amazing
I have a Miele Hoover which is just over a year old and the floor head wheels stopped turning causing streaks on my carpet. I called customer service and they replace it free of charge as it’s classed as an accessory, it was chargeable. I don’t agree a floor head should be chargeable as it not an accessory but and integral part of the vacuum cleaner. The colleague was absolutely amazing and patient and got a new one sent out without charge. It is this kind of care and customer service that makes one confident of the products and would definitely recommend.
