Good replacement part. The only problem was figuring out how to put the separate yellow lock into the filter. Very difficult, needs guidance in the package.

A compulsory repurchase of an expensive poorly made item that will stop me buying a Miele machine in future
I had to buy this very expensive item after holes developed in the one that came with my new machine after just 8 months of use. Looking at the new filter, it suffers the same weakness where the mesh and plastic meet and will likely form holes again. For such an expensive dryer, the part quality is appalling. The response from Miele customer support was completely inadequate saying that the problem was down to wear and tear!

Correct replacement part.
I needed to replace this dryer component due to a buildup of some sort of film on the screen that could not be cleaned with any product. The replacement part fit perfectly, and is functioning well. Wishing that Miele would provide a replacement part for the other lower flat screen, that I could not find for purchase on the site.
