Delighted is an understatement
The original connection from the telescopic pipe from my almost 18 year old Miele vacuum had broken. Following my email to Miele I received a very comprehensive reply advising the Telescopic Pipe HES would be suitable, with details of how to order. I can’t say how delighted I am with the product as it fits perfectly and I have not needed to purchase another vacuum cleaner.
