Love the products; shipping speed was very slow.
I bought the telescopic pipe as I like how compact it is for storage of my canister vacuum cleaner. It replaces a non-telescopic pipe for me on one of my Miele canister vacuums. I give the product itself top marks. However, it took much longer to arrive than I expected. I also ordered another accessory along with the pipe, and it took even longer to arrive. This surely could be improved upon.
